You can now use the “equals” operator when searching date fields on the New Candidate list, allowing you to filter results by a specific date. This functionality also extends to date fields on custom objects.

Why does it matter?

This enhancement enhances the search process by allowing users to pinpoint records based on a specific date, ensuring you can easily find the exact records you need.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically applied to the new Candidate List. The rollout of the new Candidate List is currently in progress, and it will be available to all customers by the end of 2025.
